• February – Council adopts Budget Priorities Resolution & transmits to the Mayor

• Feb/March - COO/Mayor/CFO Develop annual budget working with City Departments

• April – Mayor releases proposed annual budget

• April /May - Council holds public hearings and Committee meetings to deliberate the budget

• June – Mayor/Council final decisions, budget adoption, &veto periods if necessary

• July – New Fiscal Year begins & budget takes effect!
