Repair Instruction

Clean the CrackStep 1:

Step 2：

Crescent Crack/Ox-eye Crack/Star Crack/Petal Crack etc

1.Wipe around the crack with cloth, but not on the crack.

2.Use the pointed tip of spring repair pen to scrape the impurities in the crack.

3.Add 2 drops of repair liquidto the crack and clean it up with cotton swab.

Notes: Don’t clean the crack with water. Once the water comes in, the repair liquid will not come into the crack any more.Please expose your car in the blazing sun for 1 or 2 days if your car has gotwet in rain. Make sure the crack is totally dry when you are ready to repair.

Cut Permeation FilmAdd Repair Liquid1.Add 3 drops of repair liquid on the crack moderately to ensure that the liquid has covered the whole crack part.2.Cut the permeation film to make sure it can cover the whole crack part and must be larger than the suction cup. Paste the film tightly sealed against the crack with no air coming into it again. Then scrape the remained bubbles in the film. 3.Please check whether there is air leak and make sure that the permeation has firmly pastedon glass with no wrinkles. If the wrinklescan not be flattened, please cut part of the permeation film and add repair liquid on it, then paste on the wrinkle parts to seal in case of air leak.

Press with Pointed Tip to Open the CrackStep 3：

1.Align the pointed-tip repair pen with the overlapping parts of crack center. Then press on the permeationfilm for 5 minutes to reopen the crack for better permeation of the repair liquid.

2.You can do the same operation on other parts of the crack and then observe the repair liquid. The crack will become slimmer and shorter, shallow, transparent or even disappeared.

3.There is no difference if the permeation film is broken. No need to change it.

Do not operate in an outdoor environment during the daytime 2

Notes: Heat up the repair liquid( with bottle) in hot water for 2 or 3 minutesto make it more permeable, especially during the cold winter.

Notes: Do it slowly and patiently, never too hard in case that you mightbreak the glass.Only if you are experienced, you will be able to press the end parts of crack. Or the crack will become longer if mistakenly operated.

Please NEVER repair outdoors when there is sunlight, NO exception forcarport, shadow of buildings, under trees, cloudy days and even at dusk. Because the repair liquid will solidify when meets the UV light. If the repairliquid can NOT come into the crack, the repair will fail.

Please only repair indoors, in basement or in underground parking garagewhen you have to repair in the day.Strongly recommend to repair during NIGHTS.

Tips for Better Repair Effect:After operation done and crack practically vanished, add 2 drops of repairliquid to the crack and then press the suction cup on the permeation film to make it fully permeated for a whole night. The crack will disappearthe second day, then it’s time to do the curing operation.

Step 4: Pull & Lift Suction CupScrape Bubbles Out

Step 5：

1.Add 1 or 2 drops of repair liquid to the suction cup. Then press the suction cup on the crack center to make it tightly stuck with permeation film and crack.

2.Use your thumb to press down on the raised position of the suction cup for 2 to 3 minutes.

4.You can do the same operation on different partsto make the bubbles come out until no bubbles are pushed out. Then observe whether the crack has disappeared.

3.Use the index finger to pull and lift. But don’t letthe suction cup pull out. Fasten the buckles on bothedges of the bridge puller again and keep for over 5minutes to make bubbles come out. Scrape out thebubbles in the suction cup. The less the bubbles, the more successful the repair will be.

CrackLong cracks are not suitable for this method 3

Notes: If crack still exist after scraping out the bubbles, please repeat the operation of step 3. Then use pointed-tip repair pen to press and the crack may disappear or become transparent. Some small crack(transparent but without reflective light) may still exist. But don’t worry, this type of crack will disappear after the repair liquid comes into it and done with curing process.

Press again with PointedTip Repair Pen

1.After bubbles get pushed out, observe the crack. Press with pointed-tip repair pen on the parts where crack still exist. Press it for a little longer time, neither too gently nor too hard.

2.keeping observe if the crack are visible and press with pointed tip to right top of where the crack is located (Make crack open enough to let the liquid fill into successfully. Patiently and slowly, please.)

1.When the crack disappear, remove the suction cup but keep the permeation film remained. Expose your car in the blazing sun for at least 1 hour or under the UVcuring light for over 20 minutes.

2.After curing done, remove the curing film at a 45 degree obliquely with blade.

3.You can paste the rain-proof protective film and keep it for a few days for better repair effect.

Kindly Noted: The invisible hidden cracks which have alreadyexisted before will appear during the pressing process. Repairing these hidden cracks will effectively prevent the possible rupturefrom being caused in future after repair.

Step 6：

How to Make Sure the Repair Liquid hasCome into the Crack?

Please Repair Patiently for Better Effect.

Notes: If the missing parts or comminuted parts are still dark and not transparent enough, add a drop of repair liquid to those places with cured film(as large as the size of missing part) for the second curing. No need to remove the cured film after curing done.

1.Observed at 45 degree, if the crack is transparent with no reflective light, it proves that the repair liquid has come into the crack;

2.Observed at 45 degree, if some dark lines or black dots are moving or reflect white light, it proves that the repair liquid hasn’t totally come into the crack. You need to press or make the bubbles out.

A1: This product mainly repairs the top layer crack of the f ront windshields, such as ox-eye crack, crescent crack, star crack, petal crack. The satisfying repair effect can be strongly guaranteed for the above mentioned crack types. But the smashed crack will still leave marks after repair. We will always provide you with helpful technical support and considerate service. Please allow the fact that the repair effect may differ from person to person.

A2: It is the fact that there is NO glue which can 100% repair the crack without any marks left. This windshield repair glue is a kind of colorless, t ransparent and easy-to-volatile resin liquid with stimulating odor. The glue will get cured after the permeation into the crack and the curing effect will differ from crack types and damaging situations. But no new crack will be caused after the permeation has processed with curing treatment. The impurity contained in the damaged parts may affect the glue’s performance.
