BTS-UP050 Full-line battery testing and maintenance systems

Introduction

BTS-UP050 Full-line battery testing and maintenance system has charging and discharge system,

single charging system and single cell in batteries checking system. This device has equipped with high

performance computer with powerful functions of testing battery, maintenance and management. When

the user sets the necessary data, the system will automatically test the battery and data-processing.

Features:

1. Discharge function: BTS series is in serial connected with the being tested battery. When full-line

batteries are done the discharge test to load, BTS series can effectively check the battery capacity in

safety.

2. Display function: 14 inch PC display shows working state, the total charge and discharge voltage,

charge and discharge current, charge and discharge time, charge and discharge capacity, cell voltage,

the maximum cell voltage, the minimum cell voltage and so on.

3. Threshold setting function: It can set the control alarm threshold of the total voltage, cell voltage,

discharge time, discharge capacity etc.

4. Data analysis function: It can generate the total voltage curve chart, current curve chart, cell voltage

bar graph, cell voltage curve chart and capacity analysis sheet and show on PC.

5. Ensure safe system function: With seamless connection technology being tested battery group and

BTS equipment connect in serial, during the charge and discharge process, if the power fails, BTS

series will automatically stop the charge and discharge testing, and the battery group will be

automatically connected the power system to ensure that the battery group is always in a safe online.

6. Alarm functions: Wireless inspection device alarm, and it alarms when the cell battery discharge

voltage is lower than the set value, when the cell battery discharge voltage is lower than set value, etc.

7. Protection function: It has battery voltage, cell voltage, terminal voltage detection and over voltage

protection and alarm.

8. Multi-function: The system integrates in full-line battery discharge, charge and inspection and

maintenance.

9. Environmental friendly: There is no flame in full-line charge and discharge. Low energy consumption

and environment friendly.

10. Easy operation: It provides intelligent operation interface on PC in the testing, easy to operate, safe,

and only one person can easily test.

11. Resistance test: The device comes with resistance test software and online testing resistance with

accurate and credible.

12. Power failure memory function: The data will not be lost when the power is off during testing even it

is not used for a long period of time.

13. Storage function: 4G flash disk, which can store mass data.
