Ref: complaint No.: 16596558612 dated 04.07.2012 I am the customer of BSNL Broad band bearing the no 08812- 239982. You may verify that I am paying the bills promptly before the due date every single time. But I was not happy with the service for more than a year. This No. has a very little problem i.e. ‘DSL’ also called ‘link’ at the modem blinks (This should be study in order to access internet) and I couldn’t access net. This hardly takes an hour to rectify it permanently if not 10 hrs at maximum. Only because of the negligence on the part of concerned employees, it’s been troubling me for more than a year. I called toll free numbers given, A.E., D.E., and every no that was given to me by the staff to rectify the problem. Some even said I shouldn’t be calling them (strong evidence of irresponsibility) but none attended to the issue. I even sent a phonogram mentioning the issue to General Manager in the month of June. No response!!! I came

I am the customer of BSNL Broad band bearing the no 08812-239982. You may verify that I am paying the bills promptly before the due date every single time. But I was not happy with the service for more than a year. This No. has a very little problem i.e. ‘DSL’ also called ‘link’ at the modem blinks (This should be study in order to access internet) and I couldn’t access net. This hardly takes an hour to rectify it permanently if not 10 hrs at maximum. Only because of the negligence on the part of concerned employees, it’s been troubling me for more than a year.

I called toll free numbers given, A.E., D.E., and every no that was given to me by the staff to rectify the problem. Some even said I shouldn’t be calling them (strong evidence of irresponsibility) but none attended to the issue. I even sent a phonogram mentioning the issue to General Manager in the month of June. No response!!! I came to office to meet personally but he is out of station. I spoke to C.C. I think. No Response!! All I want is the problem solved.

I have tried every possible officer all the way to the top and I didn’t get the solution. If the General Manager too is incompetent enough to get the concerned officers to attend the issue, I humbly ask advice as to who shell I address this so that I shell get the problem solved.
