2019 Sponsorship OptionsYour support helps Northwest Little League provide a quality baseball/softball experience for the kids in our Hampshire, Pingree Grove, Elgin, Gilberts, and Genoa communities. We are looking for mutually beneficial partners to help support our program while we will be ambassadors for you and your business. 2019 is going to be a great year for our League and our future projects will undoubtedly make our communities proud.
The following packages include what NWLL can provide in conjunction with your generosity. The advertising we can provide will reach a large base in several communities. Currently, we are maintaining 9 fields, most within the 2 large field complexes in our communities (1 in Pingree Grove and 1 in Hampshire). These fields are frequented by several families from as far west as Marengo to as far east as Hanover Park and as far north as Crystal Lake to as far south as South Elgin. These fields are home to the following events:
• District 13 T-Ball, Baseball and Softball• Several tournaments including district, regional and state
level All-Stars games• Opening and Closing day ceremonies • Annual Family Fun Day• Pingree Grove's Independence festival • Cambridge Lakes Easter Egg hunt• Adult Softball league games

We have a user-friendly website that's run by the Dick's Sporting Goods administration team. This will list all our sponsors and their logos. We are also very active on Facebook posting about our events and we are open to advertising for our sponsors if requested.
Our 2 main field complexes will all have scoreboards for this upcoming 2019 season and each scoreboard has up to a 2’x8’ section for sponsor-approved designs.

** The MVP package is very important as it helps us fulfill our annual maintenance costs for the Hampshire fieldsthat will have LED lights installed in 2018.
Capital Improvements2019 will be filled with big improvements and opportunities due to our new partnership with the Hampshire Park District. At NWLL’s Hampshire complex, we will be:
• Constructing a third ball field• Installing State-of-the-art Musco LED lighting that will put our
fields on the map• New Concession Stand• Addition of a Playground for kids of all ages• Pavilion structure with picnic benches• Dog Park
While the generosity of many helps affords these amenities described above, the higher purpose of NWLL is to help the youth of our communities. We look to instill teamwork, sportsmanship, and a sense of pride for all and we look to teach our youth the importance of being good citizens.
Sponsorship of the local Little League does not permit the Sponsor to have any rights or responsibilities in the operation of the Little League or any team in the local Little League. The Sponsor does not have any rights or responsibilities in the selection of the managers, coaches, or players for any team in the Local

Little League. Nothing herein shall make us partners or joint ventures. The Sponsor and the Local Little League are independent contractors with respect to one another, and neither shall have any authority to represent or bind the other in any manner to any extent whatsoever, except as specified herein.

The Sponsor shall have the right to use the following term in advertisements, posters, brochures, newsletters, etc., “Sponsor of a (Local Little League)”. Sponsorship does NOT give the Sponsor the right to use the word “official” in connection with its Sponsorship. Any reference to the Sponsorship under this agreement must make it clear that the Sponsor is with the Local Little League only, and NOT for Little League Baseball. Use of the “NWLL Logo” or any other logo of Little League Baseball is prohibited, unless Little League Baseball International expressly grants permission in writing.
