If the problem still persists, you will probably need to download Adobe Flash player or the required Java version. Please check your browser settings through the SkillSoft Browser Capabilities Check. Please type in http://browser.skillport.com/ in the address window and press enter. The results returned should have PASSED status for all the entries stated. Otherwise: For the Java version: Please proceed to the link below: http://support.skillsoft.com/customer/java2.htm For the Adobe Flash player: This should be standard on the ESOE computers, but if not, just go to: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and install the latest version

If you are experiencing problems when launching Web-Based Learning courses:

Add the following URLs to your Trusted Sites (Tools -> Internet Options -> Security), and set the security level for Trusted Sites to Low:https://www.myericssonlearning.com/https://ssosaml.ericsson.se/

Make sure that "Enable Protected Mode" is unchecked.

If the problem still persists, you will probably need to download Adobe Flash player or the required Java version.

2 – A new window will appear containing the summary for the course. Click “Play this Course” to launch the course

3 – The course content should appear in a separate window. If the screen appears blank, please right click on the blank window, and select Encoding. (Refer to last screenshot). Click on either “Western” or “Unicode” entries.

If settings still do not pass, contact your local IT Support for the correct browser settings.
