(Part Three - Conclusion)Many of us have perhaps wondered why

the earth, by its rotation, does not cast its surrounding atmosphere from it. Ap­proximately twenty-eight to three' hundred miles above the surface of the earth is a strata of vibration called, by scien­tists, the Heavy-side layer. This Heavy- side layer surrounds the entire earth, and consists of an octave of vibration of such degree that the vibration of electricity, the vibrations that compose atmosphere and many others such as radio waves, cannot penetrate. The Heavy-side layer also acts as a buffer for the earth as it travels through space. The octave of vibration, of which it is composed picks up and absorbs most of the millions of meteors which are met with by the earth every twenty-four hours. It is the cause of the apparent curvature of light rays instead of the atmosphere.

Now, going back to the interior of the earth, the pyramid of force that travels through this inner channel is the balance of the earth. When this

force is changed from one channel to an­other, it causes some portion of the land surface to subside, while other portions will be raised. This change from one channel to another, is brought about by the focusing of a ray-force from the chambers at the junctions of the chan­nels. It was in this manner, that the great continent of Atlantis was sunk be­neath the waves.

Dwelling within the passage-ways, within the earth, is a race of people, known to Occultists, as the blue race. From their many thousands of years un­derground, they have developed a sixth sense, which they use in place of eyes or sight. This race is the guardian of the inner world; one of the custodians of the ancient secrets. Only after cer­tain initiations is man, from the outer world,; allowed to enter there. Far be­low this channel of force, on the inner globe, within walls of vibratory force that surrounds it, are imprisoned the invaders from planet X; placed there by the Masters, ages ago. Within the spcae between this globe and the inner surface of the earth, is a gaseous substance that is light-giving, and life-sustain­ing. Those who breathe this do not re­quire food, water or sunlight. This gas also has a light-giving quality. Every initiate or neophyte of the Masters must

spend a certain length of time upon this globe.

In the center of this inner globe, as I have said before, is a central nu» cleus of force that is in constant rotary motion; just as the outer earth is, though the inner globe itself does not rotate but always hangs suspended in the same position. This central force is the negative pole of this unit of the Uni­verse; while the positive pole of all of the units is within the Sun. The pyramid of force is the directional point focus­ing between the positive and the nega­tive, This central force within the inner globe, acts in the same way as the nucleus of an atom. This central nucleus is the same as the Soul within man; while the pyramid of force is an analogy of spirit. This inner nucleus is constantly seeking to draw all lower vibrations to it; consequently, by the diffused attrac­tion of the lower vibrations, it creates a force that we know as gravity, that pulls or draws all lesser rates of vibra­tion to itself. The positive force from the sun flows through all substance, and connects with the negative pole within the earth. In the average person the atoms, within the body are moving in many different directions. When an in­dividual reaches Illumination, all of the atoms in his body move in the same

direction, thus allowing a free flow of the magnetic current. You can strike the bar of iron a sharp blow with a metal instrument or rod, and the vibrations set up will change the molecules of the iron so that they will turn in many di­rections, thus cutting off the free mag­netic flow, and the iron becomes demag­netized. This is the same thing that is taking place in the average human body.

Shamballa has been having rain showers this past week. This is quite unusual weather as we very seldom have rain in October, it is usually snow. We are surely enjoying the beautiful Indian Summer weather with its resplendent autumn colors.

Some Shamballa Members and the Shamballa Fireflies are deep in the preparations for the Halloween party for Saturday evening October 28 at 7:00 p.m. at the Firehouse. Sounds like it is going to be a wonderful party.

The Print Shop is working on the Maga­zine "Light on the Path" for November. As usual this magazine is especially inspira­tional and informative. As soon as the

magazine is completed, work will begin on the publication of the next Ministers Class Lesson.

Let us be particularly aware of false prophets. Those who would seduce us into un-Godlike ways and by-ways. Letus remember that God’s laws are immu­table. To gain our attunement with the True God we must work in accordance with the laws of God, The law of Cause and Effect, the law of Positive and Negative, the law of Vibration, the law of Oneness, the law of Reincarnation and the many other great Cosmic laws are in just as great a force today as they have always been and always will be. Many psuedo-teachers and leaders are proclaiming the new age and saying it is now permissible to do the things forbidden of old. However, the suffer­ing as a result of the breaking of our­selves against the laws of God is just as acute and just as real today as it was a million years ago. Let us beware of these false ones and of their false teachings. Each and every person deep within themselves knows right from wrong. Let us do, say and think that which is right and just in accordance with the Divine laws of God.

BROTHERHOOD CHURCH AND COLLEGE

The Brotherhood of the White Temple is a chartered Church, maintaining a College and other essential branches for the dissemination of Truth. The Brother­hood Church and the Brotherhood College function as two departments of teaching, each supporting the other. College Mem­bership, and Church Membership, are dis­tinctly separate, and many of our stu­dents are members of both, for the Truth derived from the weekly lessons of either the College or the Church help in the understanding of the other.

The Brotherhood is a corresponding Church and College. The College is a Metaphysical School wherein the Laws of the Universe are taught, and in which the student learns how to operate these Spiritual Laws through the exercise and initiations given him. The Church teaches all of the Mysteries taught by Jesus, the Christ, to his disciples. It teaches the student how to read the mystical writing found in the Bible and how to understand their true and concealed mean­ing. The members of the Church are shown how to attain citizenship in the coming Christ-Kingdom, and how to become a per­fect channel for the Divine Spirit.
