FeaturesThe new Online Enrollment system will allow brokers to do the following:
• Enroll group and non-group clients
• Initiate ACH payments on behalf of clients
• Find PCPs through the selected carrier’s doc-finder
• Track the progress of applications
• Save unfinished applications to complete later
• Print completed applications
• Notify all members of submission via E-mail
• Attach documents to applications electronically

Workflow1. Enroll Now
After selecting a plan, choose the button on the Final Proposal page. This will take you to the new Online Enrollment system.
2. Online EnrollmentEnter your client’s enrollment details.
3. PaymentsInitiate the binder payment on your client’s behalf. We accept ACH and check payments. Making the binder payment is now a part of the online enrollment process.
4. Review & Confirm / AttachmentsPrior to submitting the completed application, you will be able to review and edit the information by selecting the button. Brokers will be able to upload/delete/download attachments, via the button.
5. SubmitAfter you’ve reviewed and confirmed the application is complete, select the button. Please note- After submission, you will be unable to edit/modify the application.
6. Broker DashboardThe Broker Dashboard will allow you to view your applications. You will be able to edit/update/delete applications that have not yet been submitted, as well as track the enrollment status of those that have.

The “Enroll Now” button is found on the Final Proposal page. You can begin the Enrollment process by selecting this option.

Online Enrollment
With either option, you are allowed to continue to the next page, even if no information has been entered, but you will be required to come back and fill in any missing information before the application can be submitted.
You can track your progress with this status bar at the top of each page.
You can save your progress at any time by selecting the “Save” button. You can return to finish the application later.
Selecting the “Save & Continue” button will save your progress and continue to the next page.

Payments
On the Payments page, you will be able to submit the binder payment with your client’s application. An ACH payment will expedite your client’s enrollment process.
You can also sign your client up for automatic monthly payments.

Alternatively, your client may pay by check. Instructions on how to prepare the check are displayed on screen.

Review & Confirm
You can also go back and edit each section by selecting “Edit”.
If you need to run a new quote, you can select “Modify Quote”, but you will need to re-enter all application information again.

Attachments
Brokers can electronically attach documents, to an application, that may be required to complete their clients enrollment.

Once files have been uploaded, they will show up here, in the upload queue, and also on the Review/Confirm page
Brokers will select a file, from their computer, and then click Upload

Selecting a file and clicking Upload, will add the file to the attachments queue. The file name and upload progress will be displayed.

Once everything is complete, you can complete the application by selecting “Submit”.

Broker Dashboard
Selecting the “Online Enrollment” link in the Self Service Menu will bring you to the Broker Dashboard.

Deleting Applications
Brokers can delete any applications, that have NOT yet been submitted, by clicking the delete button, on the Broker Dashboard.
