HVAC: Entire manufacturing area was cooled and humidity controlled by two York Millennium R-22 chillers decommissioned in December 2015 and one Trane Centravac chiller with cooling towers and multiple air washers. There are multiple roof mounted package units providing significant comfort cooling to manufacturing areas.
Warehouse is ventilated by roof mounted fans and wall louvers
