The Hercules Trophy is an inter-company team building event that enhances relationships between employees, customers and suppliers through the camaraderie of sport.

Founded in 1999 in Belgium, it has since evolved into one of the most anticipated corporate events in Europe, attracting participants from all over the world. To date more than 36,000 people from 600 corporations have taken part, with more than 90% repeat attendance.

Hercules Trophy events are also run in Germany, Spain, The Netherlands, the USA, South Africa, Singapore and Dubai.

The Hercules Trophy Concept

How does it work? 5-7 players All you need is at least one team of 5-7 motivated people who want to have outrageous fun. And guess what: you do not have to be an athlete to compete! In the months before the event, people start preparing by choosing an original team name, making team pictures, inventing a personal slogan etc.

Arrival at Hercules Trophy Registration of teams and an introduction to the event. Waking up slowly, and breaking the ice with a healthy light breakfast and chilling music.

Opening ceremony Warming up with professional fitness instructors. Official opening of the day with flag parade, music and solemn lightening of the Hercules fire. All participants perform the legendary Hercules dance: total madness early in the morning!

Strict planning, smooth organization Your team receives a strict personal schedule. One activity takes 15 minutes, with a 15 minute break before the next event. No waiting queues. At every activity,

you compete against other teams and you receive your score immediately.

Competition: 12 labours of Hercules In collaboration with your team members, you participate in 12 diverse and original activities in one day, in a planned and safe environment.

CxO pétanque tournament In the afternoon, a “pe tanque” tournament in genuine French Riviera atmosphere is organized for the CEOs of the participating companies. A perfect networking moment.

Total experience for all The action is surrounded by lots of funny and surprising elements like demos, acts with famous performers, live DJ, offering the ‘feel good’ Hercules vibe for everyone!

Award ceremony Official ceremony with distribution of the trophy and special prizes for the most congenial team, fair play team, best team picture and ladies team.

Best Party of the Year Celebration is a key element of our concept. After dinner and awards, people get on the dance floor for a smashing party at the Hercules Black Box.

Interactive website Supports the entire concept guiding your team through the process with minimum hassle for you. There is also an integration with social media platforms.
