We, as Franzen/partners, develop and execute
Management Development Program's (MDP's). ® We train change agents in The Change Express
and of course we do research and business
development. That's what we do in India and The
Netherlands with more than 30 years of
experience. We intervene at all levels, from
expansion to mergers, increasing productivity to
enhancing quality, or the softer issues like
efficiency and motivation. The key is
empowerment. We ensure that people reach their
goal in a smooth and meaningful way. We
collaborate with professionals part of our
international network.

Gearing up in Oil and Gas
As one of our clients in the Oil and Gas sector
faced recently: how to gear up for the future
keeping in mind anticipating cultural differences
and empowering of their professionals with the
feeling of ownership? After we guided them to
'the next level' they took over another global
colleague and managed their new change
independently. 'We have learned from you guys the do's
and don'ts of managing change just in time'. In a fun

Nine hospitals led by a passionate family of
ophthalmologists truly desired to improve the
quality of service between doctor and patient.
From our perspective, the quality level was
already on the higher side, however, the
management insisted on even higher standards.
As they say, 'Continuous learning is our right to exist'.
In collaboration with the medical staff, we took
up the challenge and effectively tackled the issue.
The development program used surveys,
trainings, and tools focusing upon sustainable
learning, working and execution. Through train-
the-trainer sessions they have now integrated the
progress achieved because of quality
improvements into the Planning & Control-cycle
of all hospitals.

®The folks behind The Change Express
Drs. Marjan J. Franzen studied social sciences, and business administration specializing in organization and psychological issues. In 1983, she founded her own consultancy, and interim management company. Marjan enjoys directing and managing implementation processes for profit and non-profit organizations. She is a frequent guest speaker and writes blogs, articles and books. Her main focus is Executive Coaching especially for women.
Kim Jun Franzen LL.M. As director of Franzen/partners, she focuses on creating unity in diversity in businesses across cultures. She has gained immense understanding of the change management culture in India. Today she breaks through barriers of cultures, language and style. She enables effective communication for Indian companies as well as foreign companies established in India.
