La fachada ventilada o trasventilada es un sistema constructivo de cerramiento exterior constituido por una hoja interior, una capa aislante, y una hoja exterior no estanca. Este tipo de fachada permite acabados duraderos con cualquiera de nuestros materiales sobre paneles de formato normalizado y ofrece buenas prestaciones térmicas.

Procedimiento Cement Design

RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE THE INSTALATION:

Surface must be clean and with no loose parts, cracks or breaks.

In case of cracks or breaks it is recommended to use Reparaflex system for

its reparation.

The surface humidity should not be higher than 3%.

EXECUTION PROCESS:

Surface sealing through Sellador L.

Application of 2 or 3 layers of Kit Baseflex.

Application of 2 layers of Finishment

Applications of 4-6 layers of Nano Pool.

SYSTEM BENEFITS:

It is possible to proceed to filling the pools 72 hrs. after its completion.

Suitable for any kind of water purification system. .

Minimum maintenance.

No varnish or solvents

Open-pore coating.

RECOMENDACIONES ANTES DE LA INSTALACIÓN:

El soporte debe estar limpio y exento de grietas, fisuras o zonas

desprendidas.

En caso de existir grietas o fisuras se recomienda usar el sistema

Reparaflex para su corrección.

La humedad del soporte no debe exceder del 3%.

PROCESO DE EJECUCIÓN:

Sellado del soporte por medio de Sellador L.

Aplicación de 2 ó 3 capas de Kit Baseflex.

Aplicación de 2 capas de Acabado.

Aplicación de 4-6 capas de Nano Pool.

VENTAJAS DEL SISTEMA:

Se puede proceder al llenado de las piscinas 72h. después de su

finalización.

Apto para todo tipo de depuración.

Mínimo mantenimiento.

Sin barnices ni solvente.

Revestimiento a poro abierto.

Cement Design process

PISCINASSWIMMING POOL

En el proceso de mantenimiento del agua de piscina deberán

controlarse los niveles de Ph evitando desviaciones debiendo

permanecer entre 7,2 y 7,8.

Los reductores de ph deberán de incorporarse en el depósito de

expansión.

Un Ph bajo producirá una elevacion del cloro pudiendo afectar

por corrosión en las partes metálicas asi como manchas en el

revestimiento.

Un Ph elevado producirá alguificacion en el vaso de nado y

enturbiamiento de agua.

En ningún caso se podrán incorporar productos químicos

directamente en el vaso de nado.

En caso de vaciado y mantenimiento anual podrá limpiarse el vaso

mediante el uso de jabones neutros y aclarado de agua a presión.

En dicho caso será necesario renovar la protección del revestimiento

mediante la aplicación de 2 capas de Nanopool.

In the pool water maintenance process, Ph levels should be controlled avoiding

deviations, and should remain between 7.2 and 7.8.

The pH reducers should be incorporated in the expansion tank.

A low pH will produce a rise in chlorine which can affect corrosion in the metal

parts as well as stains in the coating.

An elevated pH will produce alguification in the swimming glass and water

turbidity.

In no case can chemical products be incorporated directly into the swimming

vessel.

In the case of emptying and annual maintenance, the glass can be cleaned by

using neutral soaps and pressure water rinse. In this case it will be necessary to

renew the protection of the coating by applying 2 layers of Nanopool.
