This is to announce allotment of plots, located in Islamabad's scenic Sectors D-12 and E-12,th
through balloting planned for 7 October 2013. The Capital Development Authority is now
offering a unique opportunity to invest in Islamabad's exquisitely located residential sectors.
Do not forego this matchless chance to construct your house in the heart of the Margallas in
D-12 and E-12 Sectors remaining vacant plots that are being offered to the public through
ballot.
The terms and conditions are given in the following pages. The ballot is open to all Pakistani
nationals, whether residing in Pakistan or abroad.
We feel that transparency and conduct of ballot by an independent reputable organization is of
the essence to assure our clientele of a fair ballot.As suchthe software is being developed by anindependent organization of repute and will also be verified by another tried and trustedsoftware firm.

will be linked with motor way and GT Road.

5. PROCEDURE:
(a) Application on original form will only be entertained which is available with this brochure.
(b) Applications must be accompanied by 50% of the cost of plot as advance and Rs.
2000/- as processing fee (non-refundable) in the form of crossed Pay Order/Bank Draft
issued in favor of Capital Development Authority, Islamabad. The applicant must
mention/his/her name and application number on the back side of the Pay Order/Bank
Drafts. Applications received without advance money and processing fee will not be
entertained. Intimation letter shall be issued to the successful applicants soon after the
balloting.
(c) Successful Applicant will be liable to pay all Government taxes (CVT and Withholding
etc.) applicable from time to time before issuance of allotment letter.
(d) Receipt at bottom of the application form duly filled in by the applicant will be
stamped and signed by the authorized officer of the designated branch of the Bank and
handed over to the applicant/bearer as a token of receipt of application. This receipt
should be kept in safe custody till receipt of allotment order or refund of advance
money in case of un-successful applicant.

(1) Allotment letter will be issued after receipt of remaining 50% amount along with all
Govt. taxes (CVT and withholding tax etc.) applicable from time to time, within three
months of intimation letter. 10% additional charges incase of corner plot will be
applicable.
(2) In case anyone is interested in paying full amount of the plot within 7 days from
issuance of intimation letter, net rebate of 5% on balance 50% amount would be given to
him /her.
(3) The correspondence shall be made at the address indicated by the applicant/ attorneyand it will be his/her responsibility to communicate to the Authority any change in
address. Incase of non-intimation any change in address, the Authority will not be
responsible for any loss/damage. If successful applicant does not receive any
information from the Authority within 15 days he/she himself/herself shall contact the
Authority in writing to inquire about the status of his/her application.
(4) List of successful applicants will be published on CDA website.
(a) Original Application Form (Annex-A) duly signed/dully filled and completed in all respect
with photograph (size 3.5x2.5 c.m).
(b) Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 2,000/- in favour of CDA, as Processing Fee (non
refundable).
(c) Pay order/demand Draft of 50% of total cost of the plot in favour of CDA (detail at clause
Refundable in case of un-successful applications).
(d) Attested photocopy of CNIC of the applicant(s) as well as of his/her next of kin.
(a) All un-successful applicants will be refunded the remitted .............. amount after complet ion
of balloting process.

(b) The designated branches of the Bank where the application was submitted will provide
the refund pay slip (Crossed) only on surrender of original receipt.
(c) The refund pay slip duly crossed as Payees Account only and Marked as non
transferable will be issued to the un-successful applicants by the locally designated
branches of Bank after completion of balloting process.
(d) Refund can be collected from respective Branch of Bank after completion of balloting
process.
(e) The residents (inland) applicants and expatriate Pakistanis will be eligible to participate inthe scheme and payment could be in Pakistani currency or US dollars.
(f) The payment received in any currency will be refunded in Pak Rupees.
(g) Please keep the original receipt in safe custody as its loss can cause considerable delay in
issuing refund pay-slip. In case of loss, the applicant will have to provide indemnity
bond in lieu of the other original receipt.
(h) No. interest, profit or mark-up whatsoever shall be paid by the Capital DevelopmentAuthority or Bank on the Amount deposited by an applicant.
(a) Applicants are advised to submit their application well before the last date of
submission of the applications. Application once submitted shall not be liable to any
change/withdrawal.
(b) All applicants will have to indicate in the application form the name of one nominee/next
of kin (not a minor) along with his/her relationship with the applicant mentioning CNIC
Number to whom the refund is to be made in case of death of an unsuccessful applicant.
(a) Any over-writing in the category/plot size columns or circling of more than one
category/plot size.
(b) Leaving any detail un-filled in the application form.
9. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING APPLICATION FORM

(c) Absence of signature of the applicant.
(d) Application(s) made on photocopies of the prescribed form.
(e) Application(s) without required documents.
1. Subject to payment of full price and other dues, the plots are transferable on payment of
Transfer Fee fixed by the Authority from time to time.
2. The plots shall not be used or allowed to be used for any purpose other than residential.
Non-conforming use of the house is an offence punishable under the CDA Ordinance
and may render the allotment/conveyance deed liable to cancellation at any time.
3. In case of any wrongly laid service by agencies other than CDA the allottee may claim
damages from the concerned agency and NOT from CDA. However, CDA will provide
all possible assistance in the clearance of such service lines.
4. In the event of cancellation or surrender of plot for whatever reason, the deposited
amount of price shall be refunded after forfeiture of 10% of the total price of the plot.
5. The applicant will be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions
enumerated in the foregoing paragraphs and the Annexures and would be bound by the
same.
