Scherzo, 2017 In this 8th edition of Scherzo we have moved to the Oratory School in Berkshire, which has outstanding facilities for music making. Activities will include parent talks, children’s concerts, as well as group sessions on repertoire, technique and musicianship. Private lessons will be offered upon request (further details in the acceptance letter). In addition to our local teachers, we are honored to have Kerstin Wartberg in the faculty, internationally renowned teacher and author of the acclaimed series ‘Step by Step’ and ‘Recital Training’.

• Successful applicants will receive an email with information about how to pay. NO refunds will be considered after the deadline. £15 will be deducted to any cancellation before the 31st of January, 2017.

• Private lessons will be offered upon request Additional charges apply. Further information in the acceptance letter.

• Attendance on the course implies consent to appear in pictures or videos taken during the workshop. They will only be used for academic purposes or to promote the course.

• All participants are expected to respect the facilities and the materials located in the classrooms.

• Please bring a packed lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided.
