All Deaf-Blind people have the right to an independent lifestyle and the right to access opportunities which contribute to a better quality of life
Adjustment to current opportunities is necessary and assistance is needed to provide equal access to these opportunities that can and should be available for the Deaf-Blind community
Community Resources can be designed to enable and support Deaf-Blind individuals to realize their full potential
Service Support Person (SSP)
A service support person’s role is to facilitate equal participation to enable toe person who is Deaf-Blind to live independently in their community through empowerment.
Training will be provided by RCMDB
