Reese Vanderbilt and Associates believes that planning is the cornerstone of the vision of a project. We focus on how your project will blend into its context - not only architecturally, but how it impacts the community and the end-users.

Whether a project is an urban infill, a master plan of a planned unit development, or something in between, we study the site, the community and the users to determine the best plan for each specific project.

We also help our clients discover unrecognized potential that is uncovered during the discovery period of a master plan. From the analysis of issues and the creation of a plan we give our clients the tools to implement their visions for the future.
