Allsorted is committed to its responsibility to preserve our natural environment and to contribute towards a sustainable future, which is why renewable resources, including Stainless

Steel, Aluminium and modified woods, are used as key components in our product ranges.

Aluminium

Aluminium is a 100% recyclable product that does not lose its natural qualities through the recycling process. The recycling process of aluminium uses only 5% of the energy used to produce the original product from Bauxite ore. It is a lightweight, ductile,

malleable metal that is resistant to corrosion.

Stainless Steel

Stainless Steel is completely recyclable. It has a relatively long lifespan and once discarded, can be recycled through the recovery of its separate alloys

which can be re-used for other products.

Composite Wood

Composite wood is a product manufactured from a mix of wood and recycled plastic materials. Most compsite wood suppliers use ‘waste’ wood from old palettes and building material instead of virgin wood from newly cut trees. The wood is combined with recycled plastics, such as plastic bags, to form a durable,

long-lasting alternative to wood.


Rubber Wood

Rubberwood is a light-colored medium-density tropical hardwood obtained from the Pará rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis), usually from trees grown in rubber plantations. Rubberwood is commonly advertised as an “environmentally friendly” wood, as it makes use of plantation trees that have already

served a useful function.
