The intervention will target a training of at least one teacher in every school who will in turn go back and develop IT literacy among the youth in his school/locality.

2.22 Lifelong education intervention will support adult literacy service providers in all the 774 local governments to empower women and youth with critical lifelong skills. WAYEF will identify service providers and intervene in area of numeracy, reading, and writing.

2.23 Abuse of drugs is destroying lives of youth in Nigeria. Intervention in areas of rehabilitation, reformation, re-education, reorientation and counseling of youth towards imbibing more positive values in their societies will be adopted.

2.24 Hope and empowerment for the underprivileged will direct effort at organizing women and youth into groups and eventually facilitate access of women and youth groups to micro-credit to start and promote micro-businesses.

2.25 Majority of Nigerian farmers lack basic necessities to engage into economic agriculture. Intervention in this area will seek to bring these farmers into focus and into favour.

2.26 WAYEF’s interventions in environment will aim more at sensitization and awareness campaigns on land management and environmental conservation issues. It will also build relationships with relevant bodies and agencies to bring about best house hold practices that are environmental friendly.
