Ÿ Download Indusseye App on your Android Mobile Phone by following the link www.indusseye.com

Ÿ Enter the registered mobile phone number to login. An OTP will be sent to verify the number. (Figure 1)

Ÿ Start the mobile app on your phone and tap on device icon to connect to the box. Your mobile phone will automatically connect to

Indusseye Wifi Network. (Figure 2)

Ÿ Fill the Grain Tray with your sample grain to the top and spread

evenly

Ÿ Place the filled Grain tray in the center of the Indusseye Tray and

close the tray

Ÿ On the Mobile App, click on Color Measurement and wait to

receive the grain scan (Figure 3)

Ÿ Crop the image to include only the grains in the image and press

OK (Figure 4)

Ÿ The app will process grain color and show the Color Index on

screen

Ÿ Click on Scan Again to test another sample from the same grain

set or New Scan to test another batch

Ÿ We suggest scanning at least 3 samples for accurate Color Index

Ÿ Spread 50-70 grains(2 gms) on the Indusseye Tray in a

manner that no grains are touching.

Ÿ On the Mobile App, click on Dimension Measurement and

wait to receive the grain scan (Figure 3)

Ÿ The grain analysis takes 30 seconds (Figure 5)

Ÿ Click on right top corner menu to Email or Download your

report

Ÿ You can provide the variety of Grain for your report or skip to

continue

Ÿ Wait for your App to connect to Internet and the report will

be emailed or downloaded.

Ÿ Device not registered - Contact administrator to register your Mobile number

Ÿ Phone number already in use on another device - One phone number can be used with only one device. To change your mobile

phone, contact administrator

Ÿ Could not connect to Indusseye Wifi - Go to your WiFi settings and connect to Indusseye manually. Settings → Wifi → Indusseye

Ÿ Could not process data - Sufficient grains not provided for analysis.

Ÿ Device Error - Restart your device and Mobile App If error persists, contact administrator.

Ÿ Before every scan, clean the Indusseye tray with the cleaning

cloth of any grain residue left from previous uses.

Ÿ Keep the box away from dust and water. Clean with the cloth at

regular intervals.

Ÿ The device should be handed over to the head office for

recycling or proper disposal at the end of its life.

DON'Ts

Ÿ Do not purchase any extra power adapter from local market.

If unavoidable, do check the power ratings to be 12V 2A.

Ÿ Do not keep the box turned on for very long hours to ensure

long life.

Ÿ Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or low

temperatures.
