The first part of this brochure explains a little about our products and gives you some tips that will come in useful if you decide to order.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOWChef’s Selection

Our Chef’s Selections are designed to rotate daily, to ensure that your guests are always likely to receive something different, without you having to specify this on every order.

This is ideal if you have the same guests in over several days as you simply place the same order for all those days and you’ll automatically receive something different each time.

All of our food is easily identifiable as the platters are labelled with the contents of individual food items and allergens.

VEGETARIAN AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTSMost of our standard menus (excluding the “Traditional” range) contain 50% vegetarian options unless you request something different. Meat and vegetarian items are put on separate platters and marked accordingly, for easy identification.

If you need to cater for individuals with specific dietary requirements such as Halal, Vegan, Gluten Free & Dairy Free simply let us know when placing your order and we will provide separately labelled, individual items for them.

SPECIAL EVENTS AND CATERING LOGISTICSIf events are not your forte, we will be happy to manage it for you!

From providing teas and coffees for 300 at an outdoor event to organising and managing conferences and serving breakfasts and hot food to delegates we will often go above and beyond the call of catering in order to help you achieve your goal of having happy guests.

All baguettes are baked fresh on site and we receive daily deliveries for the other breads to ensure everything is fresh for your delivery.Our salads and veg come from Birmingham Wholesale Market and we try to source produce as locally as we can.Each person will receive either one sandwich (cut into 4 quarters), one baguette (cut into 4 quarters) or one soft roll (cut into 3 thirds).Extra half rounds of sandwiches are also available for those who just can’t get enough.
