• The Feighner Company, Inc. will warranty* all welds on dock frames for the lifetime** ofthe original purchaser. This does not include accessories.

• Will warranty the entire structure of all TFC lifts, docks and accessories to the originalowner for a period of 2 years when purchased new and used for residential use.

• The Feighner Company, Inc. will warranty all welds on TFC lifts for a period of 15 years.

• All warranty items must be returned to TFC freight prepaid and the warranty item will bereshipped freight collect.

• TFC reserves the right to repair or replace any warranty item.

• All warranty issues are administered through the selling dealer with TFC acknowledgment.The warranty is for the original owner and not transferable.

• The warranty includes a labor component. However, not all items fall into this categoryincluding most cables. TFC expects the customer to replace any part, accessory or struc-ture that is “bolt on”. TFC will reimburse to the dealer warranty labor when the warrantyitem in question requires this. The warranty labor component will be honored for thefirst year.

• TFC is not liable for damages or injuries as a result of misuse/neglect, installation/removal, orthe purchase of inappropriate selection of style or weight capacity of one of our products.

• Feighner Boat Lifts and Docks are not intended for Salt Water Use.

• TFC is not liable for repairs or modifications to its products. Modifications void all warranties.

• Components obtained from other manufacturers and used in TFC products, will be covered under that manufacturer’s warranty.

• Specifications are subject to change without notice.

• Feighner Docks are not intended for diving applications.
