The Williams School Holiday Arts and Craft Fair!!

Please join us in celebrating the holiday season at our first annual arts and craft fair. Artists, crafters, and artisans from within our school community and friends will be selling their handmade items in a fun holiday event that also helps raise funds for The Williams School.

The Holiday Fair is Saturday, December 1st from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. and is located in the Multi-Purpose Room at The Williams School. Areas of arts and crafts we would love to have included are apparel, bath/body products, baskets, ceramics, décor, furniture, fiber, fine art, florals, folk art, gourmet items, glass items, holiday crafts, jewelry, metalwork, mixed media, photography, toys, woodcrafts, and others. If you are interested in being a vendor, please contact Joyce Soria at [email protected] , and she will send you a vendor's application. The cost of a space is $20. A limited number of 6-foot tables are available for rent for $5 each. We hope you will come be with us for this festive occasion.

. Dear TWS Band Students and Parents:

With November here, it is time to start thinking about concert dress for all of our performances.

Students should wear concert black and white (see below) for the Nov. 28th

Holiday Concert and the

7th

/8th

Grade band field trip on Dec. 4th

. No band concert dress for Grandparent’s Day and Carol

Service.

Also, please see note that all K-3 grade students are invited to participate in this concert which we hope

will be an exciting school event. The concert will be a musical welcome for Mr. Spencer with former

Head of School, Mr. Bart Baldwin as a guest narrator. The concert, entitled, “How the Grinch (almost)

Stole the Concert”, should be a lot of fun. Hope to see you there.

The SCA is collecting Coats for Kids. Please donate gently used coats to “help Hampton Roads’ children stay warm this winter.” Coats will be collected until Thursday, December 20th. Coats of all sizes (even adults) welcome. Thank you for your support.

The SCA Candy Drive was a success! TWS teamed up with

Davidson Orthodontics to help out others. We collected 140

pounds of candy for the children at Samaritan House and, as a
