    The students& on a whoe& "a)e a more scorin" response to usin" onine networ!s to write

    their cass assi"nments and incusion of coe"e reated student focused "roups and socia

    networ!s# The o%ser)ations drawn from empirica data shows that students ha)e started usin"

    socia networ!s for academic purposes# *hie some students percei)ed SNS as a distraction and

    were hesitant to share their feein"s& a hi"h percenta"e of respondents found it an a)enue to

    search for information& 6oin educationa networ!s and oo! for career opportunities# The use
