BINDT at his office in JIC. In this agreement, NDT Training Center (NDTTC) at JIC will be the first organization in the Middle East and will be the only

one in the Kingdom as an Accredited NDT Training Organization (ATO). NDTTC will be built up to be an Authorized Qualifying Body (AQB) to conduct

Personnel Certification of NDT (PCN) examinations in Level I and Level II for conventional and advanced NDT methods. Being able to qualify and certify

NDT Personnel using BINDT PCN will give the privileges for the certificate holder to work anywhere in the world and be recognized internationally.
