BRILLIANT FACTORY (GE APPLIANCES)

After completing the usability testing and making several iterations upon my script,Hi Fedility I created couple hi-fidelity mockups to show what the final design would look like Desktop,Digital boards, Mobile Application.

Developed the web application using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript,JQueary, Bootstrap and Angular 5/6 and Typescript. Worked on High charts UI components for visulization and worked with backend developers.

Project BackgroundGE Appliances has multiple manufacturing units across America earlier GE appliances used to have their old legacy system, When they don’t have a capabilities like whenever they want see health of a plant or they should to be plant and they should to be with GE network.

Objective / SolutionGE Appliances Factory visualization is connected factory solution where all the people ranging from plant manager to floor operators can see how each plant is doing. Managers/ operators need not be in Plant and need not be in GE network can see live data anywhere in the world using Responsive design buy click web url.

Project ChallengeAs part of my Research, I was challenged to create a companion web appllication, Mobile app and iWacth for Brilliant Factory each product line.

One of the main challenges for this project is to organize and display vital information in a useful way as per Engineers, Managers and flore operators

My goals for this web app, Mobile app and iWatch case study were to:Make GE Appliance management convenient and easy to handleImprove Productivity of each line manufacturing

Planning & FindingsAfter receiving the project details, I conducted a discovery phase with subject matter specialist to gain industry insight, understand product line potential, and identify key areas of focus for the design. I also conducted a survey which received 35 responses and performed five in person interviews with people within the target demographics.

Through my research, I discovered that most GE Appliance Engneers are not currently using any mobile apps to manage their work status unless their Managers give report. I've also found out that people often don't pay attention to their feedback productivity and only take preventative measures when they have to

research, user testing, and spent time to refine my scripts and designs to improve prototype. I have identified

several user flows that are crucial to Plant line based on my user research.
