Why?

By analyzing the consumers, we realized that there was a lake in the bread market, we all know the classic bread which does crumbs everywhere, which is not easy to eat, on which you have to put something to add some taste. But we do all consume bread and it is good for our health.

So we decided to create a new type of bread without those inconvenient.

How the idea did came?

We saw lots of crumbs at a very luxury restaurant = problem thus opportunity

-We saw people needing to cut their bread = problem thus opportunity

-We saw people needing to put something on the bread= problem thus opportunity

-We saw old people having difficulties to eat and cut bread= problem thus opportunity

- We saw the amount of daily bread consumption = opportunity

-And we ate sweets=opportunity

How?

We’ll cook little peaces of bread that you can eat in one mouthful and that will have its own taste

value it has got!

We’ll create hundred different tastes from sweat to salt, from butter bread to chocolate, from aubergine with garlic to potatoe with red pepper so people won’t have to add anything on it!
