Bright! Communication is a 100% Namibian public relations and corporate communication consultancy, which was established in 2009.

Since then we have delivered corporate communication services to a wide variety of clients from different industries.

Our vision is to help build solid and credible reputations that will boost businesses’ bottom line and enhance stakeholders’ confidence

in organisations. More importantly, Bright! Communication strives to assist organisations building reputations that would withstand any

crises they might face in the course of conducting the business or executing their mandates.

Carnegie Training representative in Namibia. This international training institute has a 100-year history and offers relationship and

communication, public relations, advertising and marketing, Helene offers expert knowledge and skills that will assist you building a

complement us in meeting client needs.

We believe in small effective and efficient teams operating in a flexible environment. Bright! Communication prides itself working in a

“minimal paper” and “mostly virtual” office. Therefore, project team members may be working from different locations locally but also

across the world.

Bright! Communication uses a standard per hour rate to charge for PR and corporate communication services. The consultancy is

Namibian VAT-registered.

If you embark on a project with a definite start and end date that runs for a period shorter than 12 months, Bright! Communication

will calculate the fees on a project basis. This means that a 50% deposit is payable before the commencement of the project and the

remaining 50% of the total amount is payable immediately after the conclusion of the project.

If you require a variety of PR and corporate communication services, which normally results from a shortage of in-house skills, capacity

and/or resources; and requires consistent and continuous involvement for between one (1) and two (2) years, Bright! Communication will

calculate the fees on a monthly retainer basis.

Expenses incurred on behalf of the client has a 17% mark-up.

Bright! Communication prefers a long-standing mutually beneficial relationship with clients. A strong long-term relationship with a client

ensures campaigns, projects, strategies, plans and research can be fully executed resulting in expectations and outcomes being met

successfully. This results in the most positive impact on a company’s reputation.
