WORK HISTORY – Independent Researcher, Self Funded. January 2002 – Present; Aarau, Switzerland. Foundational work in 21st century informational models. Developed the world's first general model of human creativity and human psyche. Current focus is on General Information Theory with a goal of designing a machine intelligence able to “invent.”

– Teaching Asst., Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Oct. 2007 – March 2011. Interactively led 2nd year MBA student groups in applying course material on group and interpersonal dynamics. Specially trained in diverse group, interpersonal, and introspective practices. Reached advanced facilitator status and steering committee member.

– Work Scholar, Esalen Institute. June 2004 – December 2005; Big Sur, Calif. Work-study at an educational community for special training in group, interpersonal, and introspective dynamics. Initiated independent research. Also supervised the maintenance crew and performed maintenance related tasks at the community's int'l retreat facility.

– Mgr. European Operations, SynOptics Communications. Oct. 1990 – Oct. 1994; Woerden, NL Managed all operational aspects of European business during a period when sales grew from $20M to $210M, market share grew from 16% to 24% (#3 to #1 position), and operations grew from 2 offices with 9 staff to 11 offices with 80 staff. Reported to CFO. Firm offered a key technology of the Internet explosion - the Ethernet port.

– Asst. Treasurer, SynOptics Communications, March 1989 – Oct. 1990; Santa Clara, Calif. Directed all corporate finance, investor relations, and int'l operations oversight for a newly public company. During this period global sales grew from $40M to $176M, market capitalization increased from $95M to $680M, and the firm's leading PE ratio grew from 13 to 23. Reported to CFO. Firm produced complex computer network systems.

– Mgr. Treasury Operations, The Cooper Companies. July 1986 – Feb. 1989; Palo Alto, Calif. Directed the global cash management, operational, and analytical resources for a Treasury Department in a Fortune 500 company ($900M revenue) during a period when a $460M debt restructuring and asset liquidation was managed, involving 11 international banks. Advanced from position of Treasury Analyst. Reported to Treasurer. Firm produced medical products.

– Systems Analyst, AT&T. July 1981 – Oct. 1983; San Jose, CA Technical support and operations for Pacific Bell's west coast datacenter. Oversaw daily production runs on a Univac 1100; did coding in COBOL and FORTRAN. Center produced the western states Yellow Pages directories.
