Why training is important?
For a country that produces more than
ten lakhs graduates every year, the fact that
most of them do not get jobs is quite
worrisome. But even more daun�ng is the fact
that they do not find jobs because they lack
basic employability skills. There are various
reports made and many survey conducted
which, �me and again, reveals the poor skill
sets of engineers. The latest na�onal
employability report shows that more than
eighty percent of engineers in India are
unemployable, a trend that has not shown
any improvement in the past five years.

companies do not want to spend much on

billable soon. Thus, if one seeks to advance his/her career in structural engineering; the most rewarding, name and fame-earning field of civil engineering; it is implicitly understood that he/she does possess basic understanding and conceptual clarity of so� compu�ng applica�ons used in design and analysis of structures such as Staad.Pro, Etabs, Matlab etc. Exposure to execu�on of different projects through various site visits is another asset for a candidate to be in the front of the queue.

About PRE PLACEMENT TRAINING
There is a gap between employer and UG/PG student and this gap consists of communica�on skills, subject knowledge and awareness about latest tools and technology which are not included in course. In recent compe��ve environment employer doesn't need to spend money on unskilled graduates to make them skilled. With a current survey we found that there should be a training where UG students will be trained as per employer requirement. So we launched a Pre-Placement Training with with 100% Placement assistance.
»Theory Lectures of civil engineering subjects as SOM, TOS, DCS, DSS etc.» Get equipped with latest tools and civil engineering so�ware (8 so�ware).
» Different types of analysis such as P-Delta, Response Spectrum, Time History, Creep etc.
» One will undergo at least 15 real consul�ng projects ranges mul�story, industrial sheds, towers, solar plants, culverts etc.
» Detailed study of Indian standards and Special publica�on related to design and detailing of structures.

A�er comple�on of 75% course, Traininee will go through placement drive as per his/her interest. Civilshala invites different companies of relevant interest.

Dura�on of program is 6 months. The minimum no of hours is 4-6 hours per day, one must a�end the program . Timing is flexible.
