This shot starts introducing the companies that have been involved with this film such as the “Universal Studiocanal Miramax Films “. These titles fade out whilst there is sad music playing with in the back ground. The camera tracks around the pole with the hat on it . The Music and the titles in this film are the same as in a horror film with the company logos and who works on the film as well as the actors and actresses.

This is an example showing you that the yellow titles disappear. This shot also shows that the camera is moving into a more noticeable looking up camera angle at the building. The music playing in this starts off non-diagetic.

The camera cuts to this shot of Bridget Jones in her living room on her own smoking. This shot shows that she hangs around her flat in her pyjamas. The titles now change from having the companies names to now having the artists with in the show such as the one in the screen capture “Ren’ee Zellweger”. This scene uses warm yellows and is more lightly lit her living room. It is more messy and these next scenes use less close ups and more long shots.

The music in this scene reinforces the loneliness of her when she starts singing to herself. This has now changed the sound noise to Diagetic because she can hear it playing in the back ground.
