Bridal Tribe Magazine is published four times a year with a special Spring supplemental men’s issue. In

between publication dates, we accept online submissions that are time-relevant and

focus on one of our main topic areas. They include Weddings, Marriage,

Beauty, Fun, Fashion, Relationships, Fitness, Entertaining, Food, Recipes, Events,

Contests and Giveaway’s.

In addition, we accept article ideas any time throughout the year. If you know of any small businesses or product launches that you think we should know about, tell us. Please send submissions to Info [at] bridaltribe.com

By submitting an article or products to one of our sites and/or publications, you are granting permission for its use on the website in our resource library (articles), on our social media platforms, on our blog and/or in our magazine and newsletters. If the article is for inclusion to a specific area or for a specific purpose, please state as much when you make your submission. Contributing Authors and photographers retain all copyrights to their individual works.

SHARE YOUR WEDDING OR WEDDING RELATED CONTENT

We love to feature fabulous weddings, wedding related businesses and content from the Tribe. We welcome everything from showers and photo shoots, rehearsal dinners, engagement sessions, DIY ideas and more. If it’s new and unique and has an ethnic or multicultural angle, we definitely want to see it! Submitting your information is easy but due to the large number of e-mails that we receive, we simply cannot showcase or respond to all submissions. We are only able to contact you only if we are interested in featuring your content.

Please note that only exclusive content i.e. those that have not been published elsewhere will be considered for our magazine. This does not include your own company’s website or blog. All other submissions will be reviewed for inclusion on our website, blog or social media channels. Submitted information will not be returned and become the property of Bridal Tribe.

WEDDING SUBMISSIONS

E-mail your submission to us at [email protected]. Please note that we only accept submissions at this address. Be sure to get approval from vendors and photographers and include their contact information along with the following in your e-mail:

• Bride and groom’s first and last names

• Your contact e-mail and phone number (and company name, if you are a vendor)

• Wedding date and location

• Reception location

• At least 70 full color images that tell the story of the wedding day with shots of the ceremony, reception, cake, centerpieces, invitations, place cards, flowers, bridal party, gown, favors, accessories etc. Wedding submissions may be featured in their entirety or we may choose only to feature specific parts such as cakes, tabletops, gown, flowers etc. Ensure that they are high resolution, 300dpi photographs.

• Details, details, details! Tell us about the dress, full married names, how the happy couple met, the vision/inspiration for the wedding, any unique ethnic touches and any other details that made the day the fabulous event that it was. The more you can share the better.

• 50 full color images that help explain or highlight your submission.

• Ensure that they are 300dpi high resolution photographs.

• Feel free to include a link to additional images or send a zipped folder to [email protected] with “marketing” in the subject line.

• You may also submit your content via Dropbox.com. NOTE: You must create a free account in order to use this service.

• Other vendors used with all relevant photography credits. If a vendor is not credited up front, we cannot add the credit at a later point.

OTHER WEDDING RELATED SUBMISSIONS

E-mail your submission to us at [email protected], with “marketing” in the subject line. Please note that we only accept submissions at this address. Be sure to get approval from vendors and photographers and include their contact information along with the following in your e-mail:

• Your contact e-mail and phone number (and company name, if you are a vendor)

• Full Page - full color images that help explain or highlight your submission. Ensure that they are high resolution, 300dpi and no larger than 9.9765 x 13.9758 inches or 718.31 x 1006.26 pixels wide.

• Details, details, details! Tell us about your wedding related tips, ideas, business etc. The more you can share the better.

• The name(s), website(s) and contact information for the photographer(s)

• Feel free to include a link to additional images or send a zipped folder to [email protected] with Marketing in the subject line.

MEDIA & FILE FORMATS (for Web)

Preferred File Format: PDF/X-1a Alternate File Formats Accepted: Photoshop Tiff, JPEG

PLEASE NOTE: – PDF files must contain only RGB process images. – Bridaltribe magazine cannot be responsible for PDF files prepared incorrectly.

Image Requirements: All images for ads should be color corrected and provided at or above our minimum resolution requirement of 266 dpi. Image files should be RGB and in .tif, .eps, or .jpg file format.

PRODUCTION REMINDERS – Spreads should be prepared as separate full page ads to ensure proper bleed. (See full page bleed dimensions) – Please convert all CMYK images and spot colors to RGB. – Ads created in an unacceptable format cannot be accepted and will need to be resubmitted or recreated. – All ads submitted should be suitable to print as is. Bridaltribe magazine cannot be responsible for any errors in content. – If files are prepared improperly and mechanical requirements are not met, Bridaltribe magazine cannot guarantee the reproduction of the ad.

SUBMITTING FINAL AD MATERIALS: There are two ways to submit your advertising materials to Bridaltribe magazine: SEND DISK WITH PROOF or JPEG CD, DVD or Flash Drives accepted. Along with the disk please provide contact info, issue date or insertion order, advertiser name, agency name, plus an ‘acceptable’ proof. Please review the ACCEPTABLE PROOFS section above.
