Step 1 • Add the appropriate

quantity of tea leaves to the metal filter

Note: Refer to brewing instructions for quantity of tea leaves. The mug is approximately 360ml but most people will fill to around 70% so multiple the recommended amount by 2.5

Step 2 • Place the filter in the

mug

Step 3 • Add hot water Note: For guidance on water temperature, please refer to brewing instructions For oolong, dark tea and black tea discard the first brew immediately and add hot water again

Step 4 • Cover the lid and

allow the tea to infuse Note: For guidance on infusion time, please refer to brewing instructions Do not cover completely for green tea

Step 5 • Lift up the metal filter

and allow it to drain completely

Step 6 • Set the metal filter on the lid and serve the tea
