You were probably warned not to try and read the Stephanie Meyers books. Some say their

addictive. Unfortunately, for those freed from the hormones of adolescencetrying to read them is

pure torture.

I was disappointed by the previous saga, and this addendum book brought even more

disappointmentunless youre looking for a relief from thought while counting the minutes till your

incubating experiment is over. Which is what I did.

Short story even shorter: the story develops over a period of aprox 48 hours, before the Cullen clan

is to be attacked by the vampire army raised in secret by Victoria. Its supposed to tell the storyof a

new born vampire starting to catch grip on her carnal desires, paralleled with a love story between

two non talented vampires. The theme of the book seemed to be however how the world of

vampires is so ordinary in so many waysnon talented vampires are more common than the

previous books let show. I could try to develop this comment about the spirit of the main character

and the authors moral message, but I do not consider its worth the money or the time to bother

any potential reader. Read only when you have a lot of time to kill and a numb brain to put to sleep.
