EYE OPENERS:• The average person spends 90% of his or her time indoors where the air may be 5 to 100

times more polluted than outside air.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency: 20% of all employees have a major illness related to indoor air pollution such as allergy,

asthma, autoimmune diseases, etc. Billions of dollars are spent annually for medication to help Americans breathe or cure

their respiratory illnesses. EPA estimates an 18% annual production loss to American business due to poor indoor air

quality. According to the World Health Organization, 40% of all buildings pose a serious health

hazard due to indoor air pollution, know as Sick Building Syndrome.

• "According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 60% of IAQ problems and allergies may be mold related." (Source: Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration News, "A cure for the dreaded 'Dirty Socks Syndrome'?" April 5, 1999, pp. 24-25.)

Sources & Effect of Indoor Air PollutionSources• MODERN ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT FUMES• CARPETS, WOOD WORK• PETS • SMOKE, POOR VENTILATION• ODOUR, POLLEN GRAINS• TRAPPED AIR AND GASSES

Effects:• SWINE FLU• ASTHMA• COPD• SKIN DISEASES • ALLERGIES• BRONCHITIS• SERIOUS AILMENTS LIKE CANCER

Proposed Solution Through Our range of Air Purifiers

How to Improve Indoor Air Quality ?

3 basic strategies to improve indoor air quality:

1. Proper Ventilation2. Source control. 3. Use of an air purifier.– Works on the principal of multi stage air filtration system.– Generation of ions and ozone

Next we are explaining various types of filters used in our Air Purifiers. We will explaining 7 stages involved.

PRE-FILTER

HEAVY DUST PARTICLESSMALL INSECTS IN THE AIRSKIN FLAKESMINUTE HAIRPET DANDER

ITS A FINE MESH WASHABLE FILTER

FILTERS:

PLASMA FILTER

AN ELECTRO-STATICALLY CHARGED FILTER. THIN WIRES FITTED IN THIS FILTER GENERATES ELECTRO-MAGNETIC FLUX & ATTRACTS POLLUTANTS TO STICK ONTO IT.

DUST MITESLIGHT DUST PARTICLESPOLLEN GRAINS

FILTERS:

Dust Mites are one of the most common causes of asthma and allergies. It is Dust Mite droppings that contains the allergen that we then breath in and sets off a reaction.

pollen enters people’s noses and throats, triggering a type of

seasonal allergic rhinitis called pollen allergy. Many people

know this as hay fever.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER

THIS FILTER IS MADE UP OF LIGHT CHARCOAL GRANULES. HERE THE CARBON IS HEATED TO AN EXTENT TO CREATE SPACE FOR THE POLLUTANTS TO RESIDE IN.

FILTERS:SMOKEODOUR

30-60% OF CIGARETTE SMOKE CHEMICALS ARE CANCER

CAUSING ONES. THE SMOKE CONTAINS 10% NICOTINE AND

THE MAJOR GASEOUS POLLUTANT IS CO2. THESE

CHEMICALS PREVAIL IN YOUR ROOM AIR FOR ATLEAST NEXT 40

MINUTES EVEN AFTER YOUR CIGARETTE IS OVER.

HEPA FILTER

HEPA filters are composed of a mat of randomly arranged fibers. The fibers are typical composed of fiberglass. HEPA filters, by definition, remove at least 99.97% of airborne particles 0.3 micrometers (µm) in diameter.

HEPA filters are often used in conjunction with activated carbon filters. This allows for the removal of radioactive gases .HEPA filters are critical in the prevention of the spread of airborne bacterial and viral organisms and, therefore, infection.

ALLERGENS

CRUSADER’S USP

WE ARE USING

TRUE HEPA.

TiO2 FILTERPhotocatalytic oxidation is achieved when you combine UV light rays with a TiO2 coated filter. This process creates hydroxyl radicals and super-oxide ions, which are highly reactive electrons. These highly reactive electrons aggressively combine with other elements in the air, such as bacteria and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), which include harmful pollutants such as formaldehyde, ammonia and many other common contaminates released by building materials and household cleaners.Once bound together, the chemical reaction takes place between the super-charged ion and the pollutant, effectively "oxidizing" (or burning) the pollutant. This breaks the pollutant down into harmless carbon dioxide and water molecules, making the air more purified.

DEODORISATIONSTERALISATIONNEUTRALISATION

ULTRA VOILET LIGHT

UV LIGHT IS ACTING AS A LIGHT SOURCE FOR TIO2 FILTER AND HELPS IN KILLING THE ALERGENS BEING CAPTURED BY HEPA FILTER.

IONIZATION

Negative ions help freshen and purify the air by causing allergens such as pollen, mold spores, dust, and animal dander floating in the air (which have either a neutral or a positive charge) to be attracted to and stick to each other, forming 'clumps' (because opposite charges attract). These clumps of particles then become heavy enough so that AIR PURIFIER can pull them inside, where they can be filtered, rather than staying in suspension where they can be breathed in and cause allergic reactions.

Negative ions are odorless, tasteless, and invisible molecules that we inhale in abundance in certain environments like mountains, waterfalls, and beaches.Generally speaking, negative ions increase the flow of oxygen to the brain; resulting in higher alertness, decreased drowsiness, and more mental energy.

Filter Arrangement

USP

What is so unique about filter arrangement?

• PRE-FILTER AND HEPA FILTER DOESN’T ALLOW HEAVY DUST PARTICLES AND CONTAMINATES TO REACH HEPA FILTER WHICH INCREASES THE LIFE OF HEPA FILTER.

• HEPA FILTER AND ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER ARE USED IN CONJUCTION TO ALLOW THE REMOVAL OF RADIOACTIVE GASES.

• UV LAMP AND TiO2 FILTER ARE PLACED RIGHT AFTER THE HEPA FILTER WHICH ALLOWS EFFECTIVE STERILISATION.

• NEGATIVE IONIZER IS PLACED AT AIR OUTLET TO ENSURE BETTER DISCHARGE AND DISBURSAL OF NEGATIVE IONS IN THE ATMOSPHERE.

What the Sensor Technology Does?

• Odor, Dust & Allergen Sensors – It detects odors (such as chemicals and cigarette smoke), dust and allergens (such as pollen, pet dander, ragweed and mold spores).

• Clean Air Monitor – It senses how clean or polluted the air really is, and conveys this information through the four LED indicator lights.

The dirtier the air, the more indicator lights that are lit. Eg. if all indicator lights are lit, the air is much polluted. If only one is lit, the air is very clean.• Automatic Mode - In this mode, it will automatically adjust the settings of the air purifier

according to how clean or polluted the air is. Eg. if the air is detected to be polluted, it will run the fan on a higher setting.

• Filter Replace - This indicator lets you know when it is time to replace the HEPA/activated carbon filter.

• Ion / UV Light Indicator - This sensor verifies the ionizer & UV lamp are working properly, indicating the blue light under "Ion/UV Indicator" is blinking.

WISH YOU FRESH & HEALTHY BREATHING!!!!
