• Check eligibility– Team must have at least 2 members

– No more than $300K in third party funding at registration

– All team members must be U.S. citizens or legal residents

• Register at www.CleanTechOpen.com• Create a team online• Add at least one additional team member• Pay the entry fee

– $125 until March 31st

• Submit 3-page Executive Summary– Due May 30th
