Breakdown Order Creation From Jumbo Roll Order

On release of the Jumbo roll production orders, create the Breakdown production orders. Jumbo roll orders are identified as follows: Order Type = ZP01 or ZP04 Plant = 1500 Production scheduling profile = ZB0003 1) On successful Release and Save of a Jumbo roll production order, create a production order for the Breakdown station. 2) Find the breakdown material by performing a “BOM where used” function, similar to CS15. 3) The breakdown material will be a material of type ZERT / ZALB associated with the Jumbo Roll. There will only be one breakdown material associated with the Jumbo roll. It is a hard 1:1 relationship between breakdown and Jumbo roll. 4) Create a production order for the breakdown order. 5) The breakdown production order: Order quantity = order quantity of the Jumbo roll Finish date is the same as that of the Jumbo roll 6) Provide an order link on the breakdown production order (use the same field as we are using for the delta production order. The link on the breakdown production order shall be the production order number of the Jumbo roll order.

6) Provide an order link on the breakdown production order (use the same field as we are using for the delta production order. The link on the breakdown production order shall be the production order number of the Jumbo roll order.
