Friendship  By Allison Hill

• The average person has three to five best friends, and usually hates one person in their social group.

• Women who marry their best friends and/or high school crush live happier, live longer, and are less likely to divorce.

• Every seven years, you lose about half your friends and replace them with new people.

• People with stronger friendships have the greater ability to communicate strictly through facial expressions.

• If a friendship lasts longer than seven years, psychologists say it will last a lifetime.

• Just one percent of friendships formed in seventh grade are still intact by the twelfth grade, a study showed.

• Psychology says, friendship is not about who you spend the most time with; it's about who you have the best time with.

• The average person tells 4 lies a day or 1460 a year; a total of 87,600 by the age of 60. And the most common lie is: “I’m fine.”

• 85% of people are no longer close to someone they once claimed to be their best friend.
