Letter of Endorsement for Brandon Chung to run for VP of AIESEC Warwick 15.16

To the membership of AIESEC Warwick,

I would like to endorse Brandon Chung for his candidature for Vice President of AIESEC

Warwick 15.16. As Vice President of MaC, it is very rare that I familiarise myself and get told

of certain people from other functions very early on. I believe this is testament to Brandon's

performance within the iGIP team and his ability to master his tasks that allows his reputation

to strengthen. This can be seen with his passion for creating meetings as well as his

performance in the Suit Up Summit last year where he was named Top Seller.

Of course, Brandon has picked up even more after the national Leadership Development

Seminar. He has become so engaged and driven with expanding AIESEC at Warwick where his

prowess in networking and external relations have shined thus far. It is fantastic to see

Brandon so motivated to develop AIESEC Warwick and realise the potential that can be

reached within a year.

What is most commendable was his immediate acceptance to assist me with organising a

session at our own Warwick's LDS. In a very short timescale, we were able to create a whole

session and co-host the LDS. This is the icing on the cake. His care and commitment to

excelling in each task he takes on is evidence of his character. I believe these qualities are

integral for a leader of a function, excelling at your strengths and exuberating passion and

commitment throughout.

It has been a pleasure to see Brandon develop throughout the year as well as working with

him to host Warwick Leadership Development Seminar. I wish him the best of luck during the

election process.
