Kia Certified Skills Sales- Underwent exhaustive training in multiple sales disciplines for a variety of mediums (person to person, phone, responding to internet leads, etc.) in order to utilize the most effective strategy for any given circumstance. Networking- As part of my specialist tasks, I personally oversaw over a dozen third party vendors in order to correctly, and in a timely fashion, arrange and install new product displays. *Accessory Attachment Rating is a metric that scores transactions of electronics paired with high profit margin accessories such as extended service/replacement plans, cases, cables, etc.

Logistics- With prior stockroom experience, I have a healthy knowledge of the processes involved with shipping and receiving product. I have also aided in supplementing automated systems involved with ordering new product and insuring that only the appropriate amount is received.

Employee Training- As a certified Target trainer, I am well equipped to educate new hires on regular operating procedures, sales strategies, and specialized tasks.

Retail Display Management- In conjunction with my duties with third-party vendors, I construct product displays and special fixtures. I also maintain and repair security installations which includes alarmed product displays and other anti-theft devices.

Driving Customer Satisfaction- I identify problem areas via customer complaint or survey scores and coordinate with my team to prioritize the afflicted area.

Planogram- I can read and implement store schematic and was responsible for revisions associated with new release movies, music, games, and books.
