Architected software requirement specifications and oversaw the Scrum development of a drilling rig data-logging software suite totaling $150,000. This software suite provided a comprehensive set of tools previously not available and provided for better data logging and analysis, all with ROI of one year.

spanning four (4) years. Provided status reports back to senior management as the single point of contact from our company’s engineers to offsite contract developers.

Developed detailed work plans and schedules against the work breakdown structure (WBS) including a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) governing clinical medical devices according to HIPPA and 21 CFR Part 11 Electronic Medical Records requirements. This consisted of testing (regression, user, ad-hoc), source code control, configuration management, development of coding standards, implementing code reviews, prototyping, risk management and traceability.

Directed the design and drafting of Software Specifications and Detailed Design Documents for a clinical medical software device in conformity with ANSI/AAMI/IEC 62304.

Lead Software Engineer June 2008 – Sept 2009 Wildcat Development Corp Managed a software development team creating large data-driven websites using PHP/MySQL/PostgreSQL and ASP/VB/MS-SQL for clients. This consisted of several simultaneous projects and overlapping delivery dates. Schedules and resource plans were critical to the delivery of the project and satisfaction of the stakeholders.

Led a project of developers to create an iPhone app connecting to a PHP/PostgreSQL database to help customers locate restaurants, stores, etc using Mapquest API. Allows customers to view online menus, place orders and reserve seating.

Directed a testing and documentation team consisting of skilled engineers to write test plans and procedures for a large Linux testing project utilizing 1TB of flash memory storage.

Engineered and developed a connection from a client-side quoting software package to a web-based CRM package through API using XML to pass data from PHP to VB6. Setup secure ecommerce ordering through a merchant for online ordering.

Lead a team using ASP as a frontend and SQL Server as a backend to create a software package to house client and case information, scheduling with a fully integrated calendar, payment processing, and batch processing of invoices for a prominent law firm.

Conceived, architected and constructed a web management console for a waste management company to track loads, trucks, and drivers all written in MS SQL and ASP.

Develop, maintain, and update a graphical Visual Basic application to analyze pressure and volume data taken from mice and rat data acquisition systems. Debug and document Visual Basic source code.
