The UI/UX case study documents the processes involved in a redesign of a fashion retail and e-commerce app.

Project Brief
In my research I used a User Journey to focuses on the user experience design of the entire process, also while using a User Flow to focuse on the process of using the product. ... User Flow covers the process from when user begins to use product to the completion, the entire process occurs within the product.

I found the s helpful by designing the user journey is a series of steps (typically 4-12) which represent a scenario in which a user might interact with the thing you are designing.
This was used for 2 main things: Demonstrating the way users currently interact with the original service / website / product.
Lean Canvas
My idea for a new organization my initial assumptions by putting together Lean canvas to articulates these assumptions quickly and clearly so that you can easily compare organizational or program models by creating multiple canvases.
The Lean canvase was a starting point to validate assumptions, Hypotheses and break down the design brief to feedback to stakeholders. The results was more effective to organise the project. By Jeff Gothelf
