Process

Brand HR needs to inform the respectiveCategory Head & Pantaloon HR regarding new

joinees/brand staff to be deputed 1 week in

advance for a specific store & brand

The brand staff/s needs to carry along withhim/her the deputation/offer letter and bio data

along with them on the 1st day at Pantaloons

Process

The brand staff needs to adhere to all thepolicy & procedures set for the PantaloonsStore as per SOP

The brand staff would be given an identity cardwhich needs to be displayed at all times

The security guard at the staff entry/exit ensuresall brand staff attendance records and all in &out timings for the day is maintained

At the time of entry, the security guard asks forall declarations from the brand staff enteringthe store & maintains a record of the same

All personal belongings/bags of the brand staffto be kept inside their respective lockers andare not allowed to be taken on the shop floor

Process

Approval needs to be taken from the Store HRin case there is any change/ shift in staff

Uniforms for the brand staff will be provided bythe respective brands

If no brand staff uniform is provided then thestaff should wear a black trouser and a whiteshirt along with black shoes, black belt & blacksocks

Dos and Donts

Brand Staff/s is required to wear their identitycards while on the shop floor, all the time

Brand Staff/s is not allowed to carry mobilephone on the floor

Brand Staff/s should avoid body odour usingdeodorants & bad breath using mouthfreshener

Dos and Donts

No intoxication on the floor like alcohol

Brand Staff/s must not chew any gum/ gutka or tobaccoon the floor

After smoking, brand staff/s has to ensure a mint/mouth freshener before coming on the floor

Staff on the floor is required to carry a pen, measuring

tape, if applicable, a small scribbling pad with themwhile they are on the shop floor.

Personal Grooming

Personal grooming of the brand staff shouldmatch the standards of the Pantaloon groomingstandards

Brand staff should be advised about thegrooming policies and expectations has to bemet for the same

Men

Hair should be cut neatly and should not fall overthe ears, eyebrows or even touch the back of thecollar. Highlighting the hair is not allowed

No beard is allowed. Clean shaven andmoustache should be neatly trimmed

Earrings, bracelets, necklace and visible piercingshould not be worn. Only one finger ring allowed

Men

Black shoes with laces are to be worn andshould be neat and polished

No sandals/slippers/sports shoes to be wornwhile on duty

Staff on the floor is required to carry a pen,measuring tape, if applicable, a small scribblingpad with them while they are on the shop floor

Women

Hair should be tied into a bun covered with anet and highlights /colour such as blue, green,orange, pink, red etc are not allowed

Light pink or brown lipstick is compulsory. Kajalor liner in the eyes, blush/ eye shadow can beapplied (not compulsory)

No bright nail polish colour. Only off white orwhite colour can be applied.

Women

Small studded diamond or pearl earring, twofinger rings, one watch and one bracelet arepermitted but no hanging earrings arepermitted

No flower in the hair, clip nails short, along theirshape

No sweat stain or stains, broken buttons, orloose thread on uniform

In case of injury

The wound or cut needs to be covered with aclean bandage at all times. If the bandage isvisible it must be reported to the HR or FloorManager
