Hello and ...

Welcome to the first annual edition of Brand Innovators Brand Week in New York!

The New York metropolitan area is home to some of the most iconic brands in America, from Colgate-Palmolive Company and Johnson & Johnson, to Citigroup and MasterCard, to Campbell Soup Company and PepsiCo, to Barneys and Macy’s, to GE and IBM, to name a few. In addition, over 60 Fortune 500 companies are based in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut area.

Brand Innovators Brand Week in New York, June 8-12, 2015, will celebrate some of the world’s greatest brands — based in the New York area — and the consumers who love them. We will look at how these brands consistently over-deliver and build trust, loyalty, and long term relationships with their customers. Brand Innovators Brand Week will also examine how these leading brands are using technology — including social media, content marketing, mobile, digital video advertising, data and analytics, marketing automation, and E-commerce — to engage more closely with their consumers.

The following is our complete line-up of events this week:

Gary Vaynerchuk is now on his third successful act: First he built his father’s brick-and-mortar New Jersey wine shop into a $45 million business by bringing it online and creating Wine Library TV, a wine-tasting web show that went viral. His social media success led to a 10-book deal with HarperStudio. Now he’s focused on VaynerMedia, a digital agency he launched in 2009 that advises the likes of GE and PepsiCo and has grown to nearly 500 employees. Vaynerchuk, an early investor in Twitter and Uber, has also launched a VC fund with Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross to invest in startups like Birchbox and Medium.
