Program logo overview 2

Verizon Program Members are identified through the program name and tiered partnership structure line used with the Verizon logo. This logo is always to be treated as a single piece of artwork. Its components must never be separated or rearranged.

The Verizon Program Member should use the logo that represents the tiered structure to which certification and training are mapped. Use the chart to the right for reference.

The usage requirements presented in this document are to be applied to all logo variations of the Verizon Solutions Partner Program. If not compliant, the request must be corrected before written consent is granted.

Only the logos specified in the Verizon Solutions Partner Program contract are to be used. The logos must be reproduced and applied consistently whenever used.

Clear space & minimum size 3

The exhibit demonstrates the use of the Verizon primary logo paired with the Verizon Solutions Partner Program descriptor.

As shown in the example below, all Verizon Solutions Partner Program logos should be used with specific clear space and minimum size requirements satisfied.

The rules on this page also apply to the specialusage logos.

Clear spaceTo ensure high visibility and an uncluttered presentation, always maintain clear space around the Verizon Solutions Partner Program logos. Do not crop beyond the safety line. Clipping the Verizon logo is not permitted.

Minimum sizeThe Verizon Solutions Partner Program logo art should be sized appropriately for every communication, but the Verizon logo should never be less than .9”.

Color variations 4

The full-color logo is always preferred in every application. The full-color reverse variation, however, can be used to accommodate dark- colored backgrounds.

The logo’s one-color variations are intended for applications that require specific backgrounds or when color reproduction is limited, such as newsprint.

These color specifications also apply to the secondary version of the Verizon Solutions Partner Program logos.

Business cards for Members may vary in design, but the size and placement of the Verizon Solutions Partner Program logo must follow the specifications seen.

The full-color logo is always preferred, but the one-color black version may be used when color reproduction is limited.

Always position the logo in the lower right corner of the card.

It is important the logo is not used in a way that may suggest the Member is a Verizon company or employee. The Member’s own logo should always be the dominant visual identity.

Use of brand and imagery 8

Partners shall use the VDMS partner logo when referring to their capability to represent VDMS products and in all co-branded assets:

• Partner collateral and web content should retain the partner’s branding (fonts, design, layout, logo) in their websites and collateral (see DCT example on the right)

• Partners shall not use VDMS images, copy, layout, fonts in their marketing content without prior approval from VDMS

• Partners shall not modify VDMS content (images, copy, layout, fonts) in their marketing content

Partners may use co-branded collateral templates included with the style guide without approval from VDMS. All other partner collateral that is co-branded will require VDMS marketing approval.

Slides: original VDMS slides may be included in partner decks, but design template (brand, color, fonts) shall not be modified. References to VDMS services / relationship inside partner slide decks will use the VDMS partner logo. Select charts and images may be reproduced into partner slide decks if they are not modified and referenced as VDMS source content.

• Website: VDMS content is linked (not reproduced into partner websites).

• Collateral: VDMS content is linked for download (e.g. a VDMS branded whitepaper is not directly hosted on partner sites). • Note: Partner co-branded content that adheres to branding guidelines may be hosted directly on partner sites.
