BRAND IDENTITY GUIDELINES
Using the Orton Family Foundation and Community Heart & Soul® Logos and Taglines
The Orton Family Foundation works to assist residents in building brighter futures for their
communities through the Community Heart & Soul method. While each town or community’s Heart
& Soul project is as unique as the town and the people who live there, connecting to and identifying
with the Community Heart & Soul brand can help strengthen and bring credibility to a project.
When using our logos we require that you follow the guidelines below. That way your project can
benefit from the Community Heart & Soul brand and we can benefit, too, by gaining wider
recognition as our method brings success to towns across the country.
There are several mutual benefits in having a strong Heart & Soul brand. Consistent logo use:
Creates a shared sense of belonging and helps grow a movement of like-minded
communities working toward the same purpose and learning from each other
Helps bring credibility to the work that you are doing
Contributes to a level of trust that reinforces that your project is based on a research-based
and field-tested method that gets results
Brings other towns on board as they learn about your success and want to be a part of
Community Heart & Soul as well
