Jan. 6: Make Your Own Comic Magnets! Love comics? Make your own magnets out of Spiderman, the X-Men and more!

Jan. 13: Make Wrapped Friendship Bracelets! Learn how to make cool and colorful wrapped friendship bracelets with charms. (Or you can go monochromatic, if goth is more your style.)

Jan. 20: Board Games Galore! Game old school-style with a variety of board and card games.

Jan. 27: Science Fiction Shrinky Dinks! From Dr. Who to the wilds of your imagination, freehand or stenciling, populate a world of shrinky dinks with your favorite Sci-Fi creatures and characters!

Feb. 3: Marshmallow Wars! Create your own marshmallow shooters, and let the games begin.

Feb. 10: Make Your Own Mardi Gras Mask! Celebrate Mardi Gras by creating your very own mask. Feathers, jewels, flowers – let your imagination be your guide!

Feb. 17: UN-Valentine’s Day Photographic Scavenger Hunt! Find the cupids, broken hearts and black roses – and solve a few clues along the way! Take pictures of your clue-solving prowess, and win tasty candy prizes!

Feb. 24: Make Your Own Adinkra Cloth! Celebrate Black History Month, and learn about the traditional West African craft of Adinkra cloth making.

Tolkien, we will have a birthday toast for “The Professor” by watching two movies adapted from his classic children’s novel. The first movie begins at 10:30 a.m., followed by the second.
