REBATE OFFER REBATE RULES:

Save $10 after Mail-in Rebate on a

pair of Duralast rotors. Must

purchase two (2) Duralast Rotors and

front or rear Duralast Gold,

Duralast Gold Cmax or Duralast Gold

SD Severe Duty Brake Pads at

AutoZone between 10/16/2011 and

12/17/2011 to qualify for $10 after

Mail-in Rebate. Limit two (2)

Rebates per person address or

household. Offer not valid in CT, RI

or Puerto Rico.

Terms and Conditions - Submit

Original completed rebate form with

the original receipt showing the

purchase of 2 Duralast rotors with

the price and part number circled,

and original UPC symbols from the

Duralast Rotor packages. Offer

expires 12/17/2011. To qualify for

this rebate offer you must submit

the required documentation to

Duralast Rotor Rebate Offer.

Photocopies of rebate forms,

receipts and/or UPC codes will be

rejected. Receipts must be dated

from 10/9/2011 and 12/17/2011.

Submissions must be postmarked by

12/26/2011. All items must be

purchased at AutoZone and listed on

a valid AutoZone purchase receipt.

Multiple requests from groups,

clubs, or organizations will not be

honored or acknowledged. Rebate is

only available to residents of the

U.S. and is void where prohibited,

taxed or otherwise restricted by

law. Only APO/FPO box numbers will

be accepted. Orders without zip

codes will be rejected. The

fraudulent submission of multiple

rebate requests could result in

Federal prosecution under the US

Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, Section

1341 and 1342). Not responsible for

lost, stolen, illegible orineligible submissions. Please allow

8-10 weeks for rebate processing.

The rebate check must be cashed

within 90 days of issuance. If the

rebate check is not cashed within 90

days, or is lost, the rebate

expires, is void, and a replacement

check will not be issued. Return of

any rebate check as undeliverable

will result in forfeiture of therebate. All rebates become property

of AutoZone and will not be

returned.
