BMI JMO CandidatesJunior Military Officers (JMOs) with valuable leadership and operations experience – excellent managers and communicators• JMOs have more leadership and management

experience than their civilian peers. Typical management experience includes leading organizations ranging from 30 to 200 people.

• More than half hold a minimum of a General Engineering degree. Many have further specialization in mechanical, electrical, civil and other engineering disciplines.
