2013 - 2014 Company: Halliburton – Boots and Coots HWO Division (Pennsylvania, USA)Job Title: Service Leader-Well Control/HWOResponsibilities: Responsible for stand-alone units: 1-225K Capable of lifting up 225,000 pounds

and capable of snubbing up to 112,000 pounds with 7-1/16” 15K Type “U” BOP’s. 1-150K Capable of lifting up to 150,000 pounds and snubbing up to 75000 pounds with 7-1/16” 10K Type “U” BOP’s, and two rig assist snubbing units (both were 120K units capable of snubbing up to 60,000 Pounds with 7-1/16” 5K Type “U” BOP’s) working on live wells. Conducted risk assessments and job safety analysis at daily safety meetings. The deviated wells with multiple fractured zones typically had 2700 psi of dry gas. The challenges involved reaching TD, successfully milling multiple isolation plugs, cleaning out excess frac sand, retrieving the work string and running completions.

2011 - 2013 Company: Boots and Coots Hydraulic Workover (HWO) Division (North Dakota, USA)Job Title: Well Control Service Leader Responsibilities: Responsible for one 200K Standalone snubbing unit (Capable of lifting up to

200,000 pounds and snubbing up to 100,000 pounds with 7-1/16” 15K Type “U” BOP’s) working on live wells. The wells were 10,000 feet TVD with 10,000 feet laterals with multiple fractured zones. Conducted risk assessments and job safety analysis for review at daily safety meetings. Similar operational challenges as Pennsylvania; wells were compounded by extreme cold (-50 degrees F). This led to difficulties in pumping operations and compromised the integrity of hydraulic systems.

Prior to North Dakota, worked in the following areas:

Mozambique: Replaced upper chrome completions in HPHT H2S wells that had been plugged and filled with kill fluid for these operations using a 150K snubbing unit that was capable of lifting up to 150000 pounds and snubbing up to 75000 pounds with an 11” 10K Type “U” BOP stack. Conducted risk assessments and job safety analysis for review at daily safety meetings. This field was rich with H2S and wells were “bull headed” and wireline plugs set to keep the gas away from surface. The hole was kept full at all times by

Technical Resumecirculating fluid across a “bell nipple” from a trip tank where fluid levels and displacement could be monitored.

Ecuador: Re-entered offshore dead wells and recovered old completions utilizing Halliburton 200-400-600K snubbing unit. Conducted risk assessments and job safety analysis for review at daily safety meetings.

UK North Sea: Installed ESP Pumps. Key focus was on Dropped Object elimination due to a significant incident utilizing Halliburton 200-400-600K snubbing unit. This platform produced H2S, conducted risk assessments and job safety analysis for review at daily safety meetings.

Tunisia: changed-out from 4.5 to 5.5” chrome tubing in HPHT H2S gas wells offshore. Installed down-hole gauges, as well as control lines for the gauge and TRSCSSSV utilizing Halliburton 200-400-600K snubbing unit. Conducted daily risk assessments, job safety analysis and equipment checks.

2003 - 2010 Company: Halliburton Energy Services, Inc – AlgeriaJob Title: Well Control Service LeaderResponsibilities: Responsible one 120K Standalone snubbing unit capable of lifting up to 120,000

pounds and snubbing up to 60000 pounds on a 4’1/16” 10K “Bowen” BOP stack. Conducted risk assessments, equipment audits and job safety analysis daily. The wells were 9,000 feet TVD with 1500 feet laterals with around 2300 psi. In addition to operational challenges, extreme temperatures of 130 degrees Fahrenheit created crew issues that had to be proactively managed. Rigged up and pressure tested a 200K snubbing unit (Capable of lifting up to 200000 pounds and snubbing up to 100000 pounds on a 15K Type “U” BOP stack to 12000 psi to be used for Surgi-Frac operations.

Used 200K unit to re-open a well in the Hassi R’mel area of Algeria which involved milling and fishing 1-1/4” tubing from the well that had parted, fell into the well, and become encased in solid salt from surface to TD. The wells in this field had in excess of 4300 psi of gas pressure.

Performed dead well work-overs utilizing a 400K snubbing unit capable of lifting up to 400000 pounds and snubbing 200000 pounds with an 11” Type “U” BOP stack. The configuration of this unit and job scope (dead well work-over) didn’t allow for snubbing operations, however, the unit could be quickly re-configured for snubbing operations if the job scope changed.

2000 - 2003 Company: Cudd Pressure ControlJob Title: Service Operator - Well Control/HWOResponsibilities: Operated HWO jack, supervised HWO work basket operations, and performed

data collection and data distribution on snubbing jobs utilizing various “Hydra-Rig” style snubbing units: 150K snubbing units capable of lifting up to 150000 pounds and snubbing up to 75000 pounds with 10K “QRC” BOP’s. 225K snubbing units capable of lifting up to 225000 pounds and snubbing up to 112000 pounds with 15K Type “U” BOP’s. 340K snubbing units capable of lifting up to 340000 pounds and snubbing up to 170000 pounds with 15K Type “U” BOP’s.

1997 - 2000 Company: Halliburton Energy Services, Inc – AlgeriaJob Title: Service Operator Well Control / HWO Responsibilities: Assigned to Hassi Messaoud, Algeria, and later to the domestic pool. Worked on

snubbing units that included 120K rig assist units to 120K, 150K, 200K, 225K, 340K, 400K, and 200-400-600K combination standalone snubbing units. Domestic operations included Gulf of Mexico, South Texas, and Wyoming.
