BRAC Excellent STEM Educator Awards

The BRAC Excellent STEM Educator Award program to recognize teachers who demonstrate science, technology, engineering, and match (STEM) excellence

through teaching, creating connections to the workplace, and student engagement.

BRAC Excellent STEM Educator Awards

• Five teachers were selected by the Baton Rouge Area Chamber from the 9-parish Baton Rouge Area for their dedication to STEM Education.

• Two of the five teachers selected were EBR teachers, Ingrid Cruz of Scotlandville Pre-Engineering Magnet Academy and Daniel Eiland of Woodlawn High School.
